Victoria Short is a leadership advisor, executive coach and Non-Executive Director with almost three decades of experience leading and transforming organisations, including 5 years as CEO of Randstad, one of the world’s largest talent companies.
Throughout her career, Victoria has been known for blending strategic clarity with humanity.
